Qatteri Cat Sinks in Sleep

The Qatteri Cat loves to find new places to slumber down. Today he is on the back of one of the loveseats, literally sinking as he sleeps. I am watching to see how far he will sink before he will rouse himself and get out of the crevice.

Eventually, he will scramble out, and being a cat, he will be embarrassed, but he will pretend like it never happened.

  1. There is nothing quite so boneless as a deeply sleeping cat!

  2. LOL! Embarrassed, but pretending like it never happened. You just described a good bit of my life, and the lives of most people I know! :-D
    Pretty cat, too!

  3. Boneless! Great description, momcat! He got his revenge, though, restless and miowing all night. We had a dust storm move in last night, heavy winds, it always makes him want to be outside.

Lofter - yeh, I’ve had one or two of those moments ;-)

  7. Ahhhhhhh, so that’s what I had a week ago. It wasn’t polyphasic sleep I was going through, it was The Qatteri Cat’s phase. :D :D :D

    He looks so peaceful :)

  8. Mirror Polisher - yes, it may be cat sleep you are into these days. His specialty is to sleep all day, and then to howl around three in the morning, hoping we will let him go outside! Does that sound like you? ;-)

  9. Noracassandra - What is your (husband’s) sweet kitty named? Did he brighten up the dark winter for you? Are you feeling better, more positive, now?

  10. i have been feeling good! tired, but good! very broke though! :P but well yes i tried to give him names, but seems he kept calling her psipsina… and now she responds to that, so i guess that is her name! my daughter is so jealous when he tells he it’s his cat and she says no… he keeps reminding her, that she gave her cat away to her friend… she gets so angry! :D and can you believe it when i say the cat doesn’t make a noise!??? she is so quiet but plays alot! :)

  11. I am betting your daughter is learning a very difficult lesson, Noracassandra. . . and I am glad she has a sweet kitty around, even if it is, technically, your husband’s cat. She can’t give your husband’s cat away!
