Why middle eastern people blame America for the trouble??
because in America there are too many Dutch people who emigrated there and cause all the trouble.

To start with what is the name of New York before ?? it was called New Amsterdam , it means Dutch . They took the land of Manhattan from the red Indians for just a few beads and started the city. You ask them Why did you do that ?they reply YOU AINT MUCH IF YOU AINT DUTCH .
Why they are too tall??? nobody knows and they dont have a good basketball team either . So whats the use !!!!

Until now still Dutch people go to America to cause trouble check the latest attempt ; here is the link

thank you, I understand this habit a bit better now.

We also have a lot of critisism on America, and on our spineless politicians catering to American demands.
And of course as the Dutch, we don't have these issues with being criticised so much; we are always the first to criticise the Netherlands ourselves.

Aafke, I totally get your point, and at the same time, I can understand what is happening.

It's a time of transition. You can't welcome in cable television, international broadcasts and the internet, VOIP's, and travel to all over the world without your own world changing. There is an awareness that local customs and traditions are falling by the wayside, and that all - not just the young - are adapting new ways. The most clear exporter of a way of life is currently America (BTW, there is also a lot of resentment against the English) and thus, the focus on America as villain.

Our government, for many years, also had some pretty arrogant policies, and an attitude that indicated we thought we were right and righter than anyone else; those kinds of attitudes always breed resentment and raise barriers.

IMHO, it's like kicking the nearest dog. America is a convenient scapegoat. And no one likes seeing their country criticized. But there does seem to be a problem in Kuwait when they are charging rents, and want a new, additonal, rent paid. And there does seem to be a lack of value to animal suffering.

Daggero, it all depends. It's like when people ask what we pay for our villa, the answer is that everyone pays a different price, depending on the deal they made. There is a standard price, but if your company has several villas on the same compound, the price per villa is reduced. Our company (I believe) pays one year, but our sponsor is related to the compound ownership, so there is probably some flexibility.

Many people rent on a contract for like two years, but pay month to month, by bank transfer mostly. There has been a continuing problem with landlords evicting solid rent-paying renters to raise the price and rent to someone else. With all the rising rents, there are also some villas rented (appearantly) by a couple and then each room subleased to families, or bachelors, so there may be many more people living in a place than you would think.

So the answer to your question can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or yearly.
