Weather Change

Holy Smokes! I just checked the Weather Underground site for Kuwait and the HIGHEST forecasted temperature in the next five days is 104°F / 40°C today and Sunday. It looks like we have turned the corner! Next week, maybe we will have a day or two under 100°F/38°C. Wooo Hoooo, break out the parkas!

It’s like getting a break for the last part of Ramadan!

  4. lol, it sux that both winter and summer are just extreme here, there isn’t much middle ground.
Furthermore to your previous posts on engineers, btw the last take was so hillarious. This one involves engineers but its on lawyers:
A manager had an accountant, an engineer, and a lawyer working for him so he wanted to understand their different approaches.
He calls up the accountant and asks him what is 1 + 1?
The accountant said its 2 even.
He calls up the engineer and asks the same question so the engineer said well its 2 +/- depending on the measurment
He finally calls up teh lawyer and asks the same question the lawyer closed the door and whispered to the manager “How much do you want it to be?”
ahhh, am hillarious ;p enjoy the rest of Ramadan

  5. I love it when the weather cools in Kuwait. What’s especially nice is that we STILL have the sun despite the cold, ilhimdilla. But…I hate the extra effort of putting socks on hehehe.

  6. Woooo Hooooo is right! Chikapappi!

Я – Hoodies and parkas, LLLLOOOOOLLLLLL! Maybe a long sleeve T-shirt and an umbrella!

Kaos – I actually love your winters. And love the joke! Do lawyers have the same reputation in the Middle East that they have in the West?

1001 – putting on socks! Too much trouble! *dying laughing* I love your nice cool winters. I grew up in Alaska, remember? Your winter is our summer!
